About Us
We are Mariana and David, siblings who share the same passion for fitness and music. This same passion has driven us to create the “T and T” experience.
Our mission is to encourage you to live an active lifestyle and help you achieve your fitness goals.

The Classes
All of our classes are taught in English.
MOST classes are designed for every fitness level; the trainer gives different variations of each exercise,
which makes it suitable to every individual. EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

T&T"PILATES"
An incredible fusion of mat-based dynamic Pilates moves, choregraphed to the best beats. It´s like a dance on the mat.Level:All

T&T"FLAWLESS"
It's an intense core and pelvic are strengthening class. It focuses on fewer movements, long repetitions, using the music to help you flow from one exercise to the other while strengthening your core.Level: All

T&T"THUNDERSTRUCK"
This class mixes the best elements of Pilates and HIIT to create an intense fat burning program. It consists of 3 different circuits with 5 to 6 exercises each. Every exercise will be performed for 45sec with a 15sec break between exercises.Level: Intermediate/Advanced

T&T"LE FREAK"
It´s that 45min full-body HIIT workout with a strong cardio element, that you have been longing for. This class is perfect for anybody who wants to get a quick and effective workout during the day. It´s short, it´s intense and you´ll love it.Level: Intermediate/Advanced

T&T"BOOTYLICIOUS"
This class is all about the BOOTY! Taking your classical “T&T PILATES” class and turning it into an intense legs and glutes workout. There are also other variations like “T&T BOOTYLICIOUS + ARMS” or “T&T BOOTYLICIOUS + ABS” which concentrate on said body areas.Level: Intermediate/Advanced

T&T"MOTIVATION"
T&T Motivation is exactly what we all have been longing for! Intense 30 minutes of T&T Pilates, followed by 25minutes of pure stretching. This class will warm you, push you to your limits and finish with a beautiful stretching flow that will improve your flexibility. The stretching in this class will assist and help you with any tension you might be feeling.Level: All

MARIANA
Mariana is the Co-Founder of T&T and the one who started this dream years ago. Her passion for fitness and music motivated and encouraged her to create Train And Tone.

SABINE
Sabine is not only a great coach but she’s also a certified dietician. Her classes are mostly choreographed to House beats but she’ll spice it up once in a while with other genres.

EMILIA
Emilia is all about repetitions, repetitions and repetitions. Her positive and uplifting nature shines through, making her classes great workout and perfect getaway for your soul.

EDUARDO
Eduardo is the walking version of fitness. His understanding of fitness and his dedication to the workouts, turn his classes into a one of a kind experience.

CAROLINE
Caroline is just a bundle of talent. Apart from being a professional singer, she’s also beautiful dancer…and it shows! Her background and knowledge as a professional dancer really compliments her workouts.

STRONG. That’s the word, we feel, can describe her the best! Flora is all about precision and intensity. Her extensive knowledge of fitness is what allows her classes to be perfectly challenging.

Headquarters
Our studio is located in the heart of beautiful Vienna (Färbergasse 6, 1010).
It offers a studio room equipped with air purifies in order to keep the air clean before, during and after class.
There is a unisex changing room, 2 unisex toilets and 2 unisex showers.
How to get there:
Reachable by subway with the U2 (Schottentor) with a 7 min walk; U2/U4 (Schottenring) with a 10 min walk; U3 (Herrengasse) 5 min walk; U1(Stephansplatz) with a 10min walk.
Tram lines D, 71 and 1 (Börseplatz) with 7 min walk.
Bus lines 1A and 3A (Schwertgasse) 2 min walk.
About T and T
and Your First Class
What do I need for the workout?
All you need is your workout clothes, a towel and a bottle of WATER.
Do I need my own mat?
- Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, we strongly advice you to bring your own mat, if possible. If not possible, we provide the mats for all studio classes. They also get thoroughly disinfected.
- For the outdoor and online classes however, you need your own mat.
Can I pay at the studio?
No, unfortunately you cannot pay at the studio
Can I show up without a booking?
No, we do not accept walk ins.
Can I attend the class If I'm Pregnant?
Yes, as long as you let us know in advance how far along you are and which class it is that you would want to visit.
