What do I need for my first class?
All you need is your workout clothes, a towel and a bottle of WATER. We recommend you to wear anti slip socks for a better grip to our classes.
Do I need my own mat?
No, you do not need to bring your own mat. We provide mats and all the equipment you will need for your class.
How far in advance should I arrive for class?
We want to be able to start and end classes on time out of respect to the other toners. Doors of our studio will open 20 min prior to the start of your class. If you are coming for the first time, arrive slightly earlier so that you can get aquainted, specially if you are joining one of our microformer classes so our team can give you a short intro. Any clients that arrive 5 minutes after class starts will not be admitted. Clients will not be reimbursed for missed classes.
I am a beginner, I haven't worked out in a long time, which class is suitable for me?
The majority of our classes can be adjusted to your own fitness level as all of our trainers will offer less intense modifications, so you can take it slower if needed. However we recommend you start with T&T Pilates class or T&T Flawless. So we would recommend you to choose your class according to your favorite kind of music and the intensity level of the instructor.
Can I attend the class if I'm pregnant?
Yes, as long as you have the ok from your doctors. Please let us know in advance how far along you are and which class it is that you would want to visit. We recommend you to take the following classes: T&T Pilates; Bootylicious & Bootylicious + Arms.
Can I show up without a booking?
No, we do not accept walk ins.
Can I pay at the Studio?
No, unfortunately you cannot pay at the studio. Please always reserve your spot in advanced.
Do you have changing rooms and showers?
Yes we do! We have changing rooms, showers and lockers.
What Language are classes taught in?
All of our classes are taught in English.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours prior to class. The credit will then be refunded to your eversports account. We No cash/monetary refunds policy. Any bookings cancelled after the 12 hours will not be reimbursed and count as a paid class.
Lost & Found
We have a Lost & Found, where we keep everything we find for 8 weeks. Please come by to our Studio right before or after a class to pick up your things.
