As a child and whilst growing up sports has always had a place in my heart, on the grounds of always being part of various different team sports, particularly volleyball.
During the past years I started concentrating on which combinations of workouts my body needs in terms of fitness and health. Trying to keep a balance between cardio-intensive and muscle-building training, I discovered the power of Pilates 🙂 This has led me to attend an international Stott Pilates schooling, which I am currently completing.
Through becoming a trainer at Supercycle-Vienna, I fell in love with motivating, not only myself, but especially others into becoming mentally and physically stronger every day. This reflects the same goal I set myself for my T&T classes. My classes will never be a competition against anyone other than yourself.
Before the outbreak of the pandemic I started joining Marianas classes. I continued doing T&Ts amazing online classes throughout the past 1.5 years, which have been a crucial contribution to personally helping and pushing me through these crazy, challenging times! Therefore, for me, it is in fact – more than a workout.
Anything Spaghetti or a good Pho
I am a big family and friends person; aunt of 6 amazing nieces and nephews and the youngest sister of 3 older siblings, whom I love spending time with whenever I am home. When I am not on the mat, with my family or my friends I am at the library studying for my medical dregree… or hungover on a Sunday morning 😉 Work-life balance of a typical student!
