I was always a #sportygirl. As a kid I did gymnastics and dancing, then in school I started playing volleyball for 8 years. When Uni life started I lacked a little bit of motivation to be active. With taking spinning and pilates classes I got a routine back and now I can’t imagine a week without being active. The list goes from Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Biking, Inline Skating over to Stretching and so many more!
Working out always shows me how incredible my body is and what it is capable of. Exercise not only means getting stronger physically, but also mentally and I think this is one of the most important realizations that I had during my fitness journey.
Train&Tone stands exactly for this – creating a better mindset about you, your workout and your body. Everybody and every body is beautiful in their own way and I think at T&T we created a very good environment where no one feels judged!
Since I was a little kid it was Eiernockerl + Rote Rübensalat and this will never change.
If I’m not working out, I’m either at work (lol) or I like to visit museums or go to the theater/cabarets. But my favorite, FAVORITE, thing to do is sitting outside in the sun with all my loved ones, talking, eating good food, having one or the other drink, laughing – just enjoying the good life.
