When I was ten years old I started dancing as part of my high school education as well as horseback riding. Once I moved to Vienna I got into fitness, weight training, yoga, boxing, HIIT and eventually pilates.
Train&Tone gave me the opportunity to fall in love with pilates and also to find my inner trainer and coach – which eventually resulted in getting my certificate as a personal trainer and health coach. Being part of a community is a huge plus! Especially during challenging times, it’s incredible how much impact working out together can have on one’s mood and state of mind. Nowadays exercising and fitness is part of who I am and I can’t imagine life without moving and challenging my body every day. I‘m excited to be able to follow this passion and take everyone with me along the way.
I‘m a massive foodie and that is one of the harder questions for me. You will never get a straight answer so let’s start with bread, pasta, sushi, risotto, all brunch items, banoffee pie, pizza, oatmeal, croissants, salad, chocolate brownie …
I‘m currently getting my certificate as a personal trainer and health coach and also starting my journey in becoming a physiotherapist. Otherwise I‘m mostly outside in the sun or cooking/eating/drinking coffee with my friends and family.
